The first person you talk to when you call Borrego Solar is one of our Customer Care representatives. They begin the consultation process by asking questions about your home and energy requirements. Then they schedule a convenient time for an Energy Consultant to visit your home.
Your Customer Care rep also manages all rebate and utility paperwork so that your permit applications are approved as quickly as possible.
Energy Consultant
A Borrego Solar Energy Consultant visits your home to assess your energy needs. They provide you with an accurate quote and a clear projection of how your new solar electric system will integrate into your home and reduce your energy bills.
More than just sales people, our Energy Consultants understand the technical details behind design and installation, and are intimately familiar with all state, federal, and utility incentive programs.
System Designer
Every solar system is custom designed to make optimum use of available space and to maximize your energy savings. System Designers perform detailed electrical and structural calculations to make sure your system is completely code-compliant and will meet production estimates throughout its lifetime.
All Borrego Solar System Designers hold BS degrees in Engineering or related sciences.
Installation Team
When the permit is ready, a Borrego Solar Project Manager and Foreman will be assigned to your project. The Project Manager will work with you to schedule the installation and any subsequent inspections.
Our Foremen all have years of solar installation experience and lead crews of committed and experienced Solar Technicians. Our aim is to build you the highest quality system in a safe environment, while ensuring a positive, pleasant experience for your home and family.
