The Senior PM takes on the most complex projects or groups of projects while managing overall construction activities., vendors, subcontractors, and client relationships to achieve profitable projects.
Work in close coordination with project managers to support the execution of projects.
Work to spearhead improvements to utility interconnection policies and practices that impact the deployment and operation of our solar and storage assets.
Collaborate with a team of design engineers, project managers and engineering consultants to design, review and approve electrical engineering scope of work.
Field supervisor responsible for overseeing O&M activity in their assigned area of operations.
Manage the design and technology considerations through the solar project development process.
This position will play an integral role in the performance with our Northeast interconnection portfolio.
Develop and curate learning content, and conduct training to improve on-boarding, management skills, career development and employee performance in many areas.
