Mrs. Elizabeth Driscoll is a Project Manager based out of Borrego Solar’s Lowell, Mass. office. As a Project Manager, Elizabeth’s primary focus is to assist and manage the commercial-scale PV lifecycles for her New England customers’ projects. She coordinates the project handoff from design to operations, procures all necessary building permits, manages and negotiates bid contract buyouts, generates project schedules, orders materials and in general; ensures her projects stay on schedule and under budget. Prior to joining the Borrego Solar team, Elizabeth worked for Real Goods Solar, where she helped construct over 15 commercial solar energy systems. Before that, she spent six years as a Project Engineer for Gilbane Building Company; a national construction management firm focused on commercial construction. Elizabeth is OSHA 30 certified, and is the chairperson of her community’s solar committee. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts and her Bachelor of Arts in Art Education from California State University Northridge.
